Microsoft Intune suite enables the unification of all end device management tools in a single platform, thus reducing the operational effort of IT teams. The solution offers:

Main functionalities

Intune uses protocols or APIs available in mobile operating systems to perform tasks such as configuring mobile devices, certificates, Wi-Fi and VPN profiles, and reporting compliance with corporate standards.

Intune integrates with Azure AD to provide access control capabilities as well as the tools needed to implement a "Zero Trust" security model. Intune lets you configure application policies, security and compliance settings for devices, including Azure Active Directory (AD) Conditional Access, etc.

Intune integrates with mobile threat defense services, including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other services from Microsoft partners. With them you can create policies for the protection of end devices against various types of threats, perform real-time risk analysis and automate remedial actions.

Intune allows you to:

Manage the lifecycle of applications on managed devices, including deploying, updating and removing applications;

Manage applications on mobile devices and provide secure access to company data through applications;

Enable self-service features (reset PIN/password, install apps, remove devices);

Integrate services such as mobile threat defense for the security of terminal devices. Intune integrates with Azure AD, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 and Windows Autopatch as part of the "Zero Trust" strategy;

Generate extensive reports about devices in your organization: categories, profiles, updates, security policies.

Intune's core features are available in several Microsoft 365 licensing plans.

Microsoft Intune Suite, which includes Microsoft Intune Remote Help, Microsoft Intune Endpoint Privilege Management, Microsoft Tunnel for Mobile Application Management, requires a dedicated subscription.
