Safetech Innovations becomes member of the ROHEALTH cluster
As of January 2025, Safetech Innovations became a member of the ROHEALTH cluster, a community of entities founded in 2015 with the aim of increasing competitiveness in the health and bioeconomy sectors in Romania. The strategic partnership concluded with ROHEALTH aims to increase the cyber resilience of the members, in the context of the alignment of national legislation with the requirements of the NIS 2 Directive, but also to support them in the overall digital transformation process. Safetech Innovations will bring to the community a superior level of cybersecurity expertise and will be actively involved in the exchange of information and know-how.
ROHEALTH promotes national and international cooperation between private companies, universities, research organizations and public authorities through sustainable partnerships. The cluster members have accumulated a solid experience in research and development, participating in large-scale projects funded by programs such as PNRR, EU4HEALTH, SEE GRANTS, INTERREG, structural funds and the national research plan. The main objectives of ROHEALTH include the creation of a viable support ecosystem for the development of SMEs in the field, the development of health research infrastructures, the attraction and involvement of new SMEs in the cluster, as well as the development of innovative start-up and spin-off SMEs.
A 100% Romanian company, specialized exclusively in cybersecurity solutions and services since 2011, Safetech Innovations has objectives aligned with those of ROHEALTH and is involved in large-scale national and European projects. The partnership with Safetech Innovations offers ROHEALTH members numerous benefits, such as access to risk assessment and management solutions, continuous monitoring, protection of sensitive data, security of connected networks and devices, as well as access to emerging technologies. The partnership also facilitates knowledge transfer, access to advanced technologies and involvement in joint EU-funded projects.
In the long term, Safetech Innovations is committed to contribute to increasing the cyber resilience of ROHEALTH member entities, to the development of customized solutions for the bio-economy and healthcare sectors, and to promoting innovation in these sectors.
