Safetech Innovations official partner of CyberCon Romania 2024

Safetech Innovations was one of the sponsors of the 2024 edition of CyberCon Romania, an event dedicated to disseminating the latest trends, challenges and development directions in the field of cybersecurity.

The CyberCon Romania 2024 conference took place at the headquarters of the European Commission Representation in Romania and was organized by the Romanian Association for Information Security Assurance (RAISA) with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Romania, having a significant international footprint.

CyberCon 2024 meant no less than 36 guest speakers in six panels. The value of the event was also given by the quality of the speakers, professionals with experience in the field of cybersecurity, active in international bodies, academic institutions and private companies.

During the two days, the interactive sections of the conference addressed topics such as:

• Challenges and trends in cybersecurity;
• Ensuring the resilience of a cybersecurity infrastructure;
• Measures to catalyze collaboration between public and private organizations with security expertise;
• Insights and solutions on cyber threats;
• Good practices in cybersecurity and the fight against cybercrime.

The discussions laid the groundwork for meaningful collaborations and actionable solutions, covering topics ranging from emerging threats in cyberspace to innovative defense strategies. The discussions also highlighted the need for collaboration between the civilian and military sectors to strengthen cyber defense.
