Safetech Innovations, for the second time in a row in the Top 250 MSSPs globally
Safetech Innovations has been included, for the second year in a row, in the Top 250 MSSPs: Cybersecurity Company List and Research for 2025, the annual ranking published by MSSP Alert. The report, released in early December, assesses the world’s leading Managed Security Services providers and is a benchmark for competitive positioning, growth opportunities and brand credibility in the cybersecurity industry.
The MSSP Alert ranking is published annually and is based on a rigorous methodology, which takes into account survey data, key performance indicators, demonstrated customer success and industry leadership. The report provides a comprehensive analysis of leaders in the Managed Security Services space, assessing overall performance, technology capabilities, operational maturity, and market impact. The 250 companies in the MSSP Alert list are distributed in 40 countries, of which 56% are in North America and 18% in Europe. Most of them are mature companies, with 5-14 years of activity, but with less than 100 employees.
In the 2025 edition, Safetech Innovations occupies the 154th position globally, a relevant recognition in a ranking with international visibility, which includes some of the most powerful cybersecurity companies in the world. Safetech is also among the few Romanian companies included in this top, confirming its mature positioning on the global cybersecurity market.
Key trends highlighted by the MSSP Alert 2025 report
This year’s report highlights some important developments across the industry:
- The Managed Security Services sector recorded an overall revenue growth of 15% year-on-year, a sign of the growing demand for advanced security services.
- 78% of the providers included in the Top 250 operate their own Security Operations Center (SOC), a growing percentage, which indicates a clear maturation of the market.
- More and more providers in the Top 250 are expanding their portfolio to MDR/XDR services in response to the increasing complexity of cyber threats.
- The most common attacks mitigated by MSSPs in the top 250 this year were: email phishing, ransomware, data breach, brute force attack and compliance violation.
